Stainless Steel Handrails to Public Buildings

Polished stainless handrails to entrance steps, internal stairs and landscaped steps in public and commercial buildings.

Polished stainless steel handrail at the entrance steps of a heritage building

About this job

Every rail is templated on site so the bends land exactly at the nosings and landings, then fabricated in stainless in the workshop.

Welds are dressed back and the grain matched so joints are barely visible, which matters in heritage and front of house locations.

Fixings are chosen to suit the substrate, whether that is cut stone, concrete or existing steelwork.

What we did

  • Site survey and templating of each flight
  • Stainless tube bent and welded to the rake
  • Welds dressed and grain matched
  • Fixed to stone, concrete or steel
